of our locations you are attending, the date and time of the event, a\u00a0note from the organization head (principal\/pastor\/director) that this event is funded and held by the organization, including their contact information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>NOTE: This requirement needs to be emailed to us after you have made your booking, but prior to our confirming the booking by taking
