NOTICE OF BOOKING POLICY/PROTOCOL
Thanks for taking the time to fill out your reservation information. We will now process your booking and call you within 12 hours to inform you this has been done.
When we call you we will answer all your questions and review your booking.
5-days prior to the event we will call you again to reconfirm and get a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-CANCELLABLE payment for your event. You are welcome to come in person and take care of this, or do it over the phone. If the payment is not made within 5-days prior to the event date the booking will Auto-Delete from our system. If you are booking within 5-days of the event we will require payment when we call you.
Once this 50% payment is made you have purchased the space. If you show up with less or if some in your party cancel, you will still be charged for the space you purchased. You are always welcome to book/purchase for less and add to the booking later, HOWEVER, space is limited and adding to the booking is only possible if space is still available when you decide to increase the booking size.
Finally, as stipulate when you chose your booking time, it is very important that your group is on site at least 25 minutes prior to your start time (1st game time), as it takes some time to register for the games.
